Chairman

Olusegun the Chairman, is an astute Credit Analyst and Administrator. An Economics major of the then University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Oyo State), he retired as a General Manager from one of the country’s leading banking institutions-Sterling Bank Plc- in December 2007.

Mr. Olaniyan started his banking career with the National Bank of Nigeria in 1981 after his mandatory one-year national Youth Service. In a chequered career that spanned almost two decades, he was the Branch Manager of the National Bank, Kaduna for nine years before he left the services of the bank for Nigbel Merchant Bank- a major player with international collaboration in the banking industry of the 1990s.

At Nigbel Merchant Bank, Mr. Olaniyan held several challenging management positions which included chairmanship and membership of core management committees.

Of major significance was his chairmanship of the bank’s Transition/Implementation Committee that was saddled with the responsibility of transiting Nigbel Merchant Bank from its Merchant Bank status to commercial one. This was before the advent of Universal Banking.

Mr. Olusegun A. Olaniyan is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He is widely-travelled and has attended several courses, seminars and workshops both locally and internationally.

Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer

Michael has his career-part cut across manufacturing, finance, trading and Information Technology (IT) business, his IT experience is well over 10 years. He is the Chairman Board of Directors Las Links Limited, the sole distributor of Las Links products in Nigeria. Prior to becoming the Managing Director of Large Michael’s Ltd, he helped to develop the Computer Hardware market of Las Links products in Nigeria and other West Africa countries.

He is a great motivational speaker, and has presented seminar papers locally and internationally in various business issues and forums including Computer System Security and Safety, Work Place Ethics, Workman Integrity as a Core Value for Business Success etc.

In addition he has attended several training and courses in Information Technology (IT) both in Nigeria and abroad.

Director of Human Resources & Admin

Uchenna’s experience span over 10 years of Marketing and Sales and over 5 years in the Human Resources and General Administration. She has worked in various company at management level including Las Links Ltd were she served as the Director of Marketing and Sales for 8 years.

She has attended several courses in Marketing and Sales of Information Technology (IT) products organized by world leading Information Technology (IT) firms, including HP, Dell, Acer, Las Links International, Liteon etc.

Head of Finance

Kola is in charge of all the financial dealings of the company. He has wide range of experience in financial planning and investment analysis. Prior to becoming the Executive Director Finance, he was the Head of Bid Negotiation and Procurement and Chief Accountant, position he held for over 3 years respectively.

He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).  Also, he is a Christian preacher and Pastor.

Head of Audit

Adebayo started his Accounting, Taxation and Auditing career in 1995 with Rasaq Quadri & Co (Chartered accounts). He joined Olu-Adasonla & Co in 1998 where he gained considerable experience in Auditing and Tax matters.

He joined Wiggins Team Plc as Internal Audit Manager with responsibility among others to liaise with external Auditors on statutory matters. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2001, and thereafter moved to Omas Investment and Trust Limited as Head of Finance and planning. He resigned from Omas to join Adebola Sobanjo & Co as Head of the firm General practice with responsibility for the execution of general policy directives of the partners, planning and execution of Audit assignment, computation of tax liability and agreed same with federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS). He resigned to pioneer the establishment of Waheed Adekanbi & Co (Chartered Accountants) in 2004 and has been the managing partner of Waheed Adekanbi & co till date.

Head Software Development

Chima holds a B. Tech in Mathematics and Computer Science from Federal University of Technology, Owerri, (FUTO).

Before joining large Michaels Ltd, he was the Senior Information Technology (IT) Consultant for FASYL Group. At FASYL he was the head of Software development projects for more than 10 years with specialties on Enterprise and Mobile Applications.

He has a vast knowledge of Sun Microsystems, Oracle, IBM and Microsoft solutions. Also he worked in Sales and Marketing department for over 5 years.

His technical expertise covers the development of software package for Telecoms, Oil and Gas, Information Technology companies and Banking sectors.

Chima is a certified Java Enterprise Architect.

Head of Sales

Anne holds a BSc in Accounting from University of Lagos (UNILAG), prior to becoming the Head of sales, she worked in various departments including Accounts Receivables before seconded to sales department were she has worked for 5 years. She also worked as a product manager of Liteon and Las Links range of products for 3 years before she was made Head of sales, position she has occupied for 2 years now.

Head of Marketing/Project Management

Lovinda holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) Degree in Computer Science and also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). Prior to joining Large Michael’s Ltd she worked with Blue Interface Limited as a Business Development Executive and later redeployed to marketing were she spent 1 year. She is presently the Head of Marketing and Project Management.
