LARGE MICHAELS’ RETURNS POLICY
Knowing how much customers value every purchase, we are committed to ensuring that your experience with us is positively memorable and delightful. We assure our esteemed customers that all products sold by Large Michaels’ are brand new and 100% genuine. However, in the rare event that the product you received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, our Friendly Returns policy has got you covered. All you need do is just return it to us.
Our Returns Policy may vary slightly depending on the product. Basically, our return policy is within five (5) working days from the delivery date.
How do I return an item purchased in Large Michaels?
- Online: For orders placed online, kindly fill your return request online if you’ve received an item in a ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’ state.
- In-store: If you’ve purchased an item in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ state from any of our outlets, please download the form or get a hard copy from any of our retail locations and return the item with a completed form.
Login to www.largemichaels.com, place a return request:
- Create a Return Request
– Go to ‘My Order’
– Click ‘Return’ to open the Return Request form
– Select ‘Replacement’ or ‘Refund’
- ‘Item to be Returned’ is picked up
The item you wish to return will be picked up from your doorstep.
- Replacement/Refund Initiated
Once we receive the originally delivered item, a replacement item is shipped or a full refund is issued.
- You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
- All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs
- Accessories such as cords and remote controls
- Certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards
- “Free gifts” or bonus items
- All items included in a bundle
Make sure you follow these guidelines. If you don’t, you may be subject to a range of actions, including limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.
Upon arrival in any of our outlets or warehouse, we will conduct a quality check of the item. If a return is invalid then we will not consider it.
We try our best to offer you a hassle-free returns experience.
- Returns including all replacements/pickups are done free of cost.
- In case of Refunds, the entire amount paid by you including shipping and gift wrapping charges are transferred to your account.
- Returns could either be dropped off at any of our locations nationwide or picked up from your address by our logistics team.
- Replacement is subject to availability of stock. In case a Replacement is not available, we would offer replacement options or refund the amount for the same.
- There are certain scenarios where it may be difficult for us to support returns.
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
- Defective/damaged products that are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Product is damaged due to misuse.
- Any consumable item that has been used or installed.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
